Davey, P., 2009: A local marshland and occasional upland species restricted to East Anglia, northern England and southern Scotland, with isolated records elsewhere, the larva feeding on marshland grasses and plants. There is one record from Dorset: Bryanstone, on 17 August 1935 (D Hervey coll.)
