Davey, P., 2009: A local species occurring in England, Wales and southern Scotland, the larva feeding on heather (Calluna spp.), heath (Erica spp.), broom (Cytisus scoparius) and gorse (Ulex europaeus). In Dorset, the moth is common very locally.
