Davey, P., 2009: A species found in all parts of Britain, the larva feeding on scots pine (Pinus sylvestris), spruce (Picea spp.) and western hemlock (Tsuga heterophylla). In Dorset, the moth is common in conifer plantation. The flight time covers four months.
