Davey, P., 2009: A relatively recent colonist from abroad, first seen in Sussex in 1940, and subsequently recorded on shingle beaches, roadsides and in gardens along the Sussex, Kent and Essex coasts, the larva feeding on toadflax (Linaria spp.).
